Welcome to our 2021 NET Team
This weekend, our 2021 Netters arrive and commence their year of missionary work in our parish. We welcome them with great joy and thanksgiving! Their primary mission is to evangelise the young people of our parish through unconditional relationships and peer-to-peer ministry.
Last weekend at 5pm & 9.30am OLR Masses, some parishioners unfortunately had to be turned away because we had reached our maximum number of people (240) allowed in the Church under our COVID – 19 safety plan. With the amount of activity going on in our Parish Family at the moment you can’t just turn up and expect that there will be a vacancy for you.
For us to be a good and responsible Parish we must abide by our COVID – 19 safety plan
by using Eventbrite on the Parish Web Page – it only takes a minute to do! Otherwise you run the risk of being turned away at the door because we have reached our maximum number.
Spiritual Direction helps a person discover where God is already present in their life. The Archdiocese of Brisbane has put together a database of qualified Spiritual Directors who may be suitable for you.
You Could Enrich Your Spirituality Through a Taizé Chant Experience
As a new year begins, we are often busy getting back into routine after a lengthy holiday period. Our parish is offering two special evenings of quiet prayer in the style of Taizé.
The World Day of Prayer is a global ecumenical movement led by Christian women who welcome you to join in prayer and action for peace and justice. In our parish, the 2021 World Day of Prayer will be celebrated at different locations around our parish.
