Welcome to our March newsletter!

I hope that the warmer weather, longer days and spring flowers slowly appearing in our parks bring a bit of relief and joy to your daily life these days. We are spending this time of the year supporting young people through the lockdown and reflecting on our past year with our corporate supporters.

It is so nice to check in with most of you and say thank you for all your support in person. It is also lovely to meet the new Charity of the Year companies and organisations joining us for the year ahead.

Please, do keep spreading the word about this opportunity and do nominate us as your Charity of the Year. We love working with groups and corporates that care for young people's mental health.

Thank you for your kind messages, calls, video meetings and occasional walks - when possible. We love to see the community spirit all around with your kindness reaching us as well.

Please remember that we are also here for you. Whenever we can, we will do our best to join you and tell you more about our work and our fantastic young people.

So keep talking to us, stay in touch, and stay connected!

Thank you!

Our thanks go to...

This month we would like to say a huge thank you, Lucy, who decided to run not "just" one marathon for us, but four! And not in a year, but in a month.

Lucy, we are so impressed with your spirit and your kindness. Thank you so much for donating your challenge to us.

Thank you for your continuous support and for helping us help young people's mental health.

Stay safe. Stay well. Stay connected.

We are currently offering a short term, an open-ended programme for young people aged 14-22 who are currently feeling isolated and lonely at this difficult time. The aim is to increase connection through skill-sharing, learning together and developing new interests and skills.

Each young person will be matched to a suitable mentor, with sessions taking place on Zoom on a weekly basis for 30-45 minutes. You can find out more about it here
