Nieuws over Agile, Lean, Kwaliteit en Continue Verbetering
2020 is voor iedereen anders gegaan dan verwacht. Ook voor mij. In maart bleek dat ik Corona had en ben ik opgenomen in het ziekenhuis. Na enkele weken IC en nog een week verpleging was ik voldoende op krachten om thuis verder te herstellen. En dat is ook gelukt: mijn conditie is weer prima, geen restschade in mijn longen, en sinds september 2020 mag en kan ik ook weer sportduiken!
Ook zakelijk gezien was 2020 anders. Ik was al gewend om vanaf thuis te werken, en deed al online training en coaching. Dat is in 2020 verder gegroeid met veel online workshops, coaching sessies, en presentaties. Mijn Agile Coaching Tools heb ik geschikt gemaakt voor online coaching en die worden volop gedownload. 2020 was voor mij een jaar met prima resultaten!
Voor 2021 staan weer volop workshops op het programma, over Agile Retrospectives, Self-assessments, Problem-solving en Impediments, Increasing Agility, en meer. Deels georganiseerd door mijzelf, deels met partners zoals Agile Actors #learning en S&SMedia.
Verder ben ik met een nieuw Agile Coaching Tool bezig voor Psychological Safety en Team Morale, en aan het schrijven aan mijn 5e boek over Valuable Agile Retrospectives.
Tot zover hoe het met mij gaat en wat eraan komt. Ben ook benieuwd hoe het me jou gaat? Hopelijk gaat het goed met je, lukt het om vol te houden in deze rare tijd? Ik hoor graag van je!
In 2020 waren er geen nieuwsbrieven, omdat er nu volop nieuws te melden was stuur ik er weer een uit. Hoor graag wat je ervan vindt?

New: There's no minimum number of attendees for my workshops: a workshop organized by me (not with a partner) will be held even if only one person signs up. In that case, you get personal one-on-one training from me!
