 Dear friend,
In my late-teens, early-20s, "am I living in a malevolent or benevolent Universe?" was a huge question for me.
A quite relevant inquiry it would seem.
Being born at the beginning of World War II and growing up in the Jim Crow South would certainly have supported a particular perspective...as would the familial lineage of corporeal punishment.
As the decades have accrued, however, and I've gone through relationships and break-ups, marriages and divorces, financial set-backs and seemingly "failed" dreams...I've come to sense the perfection of it all.
...of "seeing" the beauty of desires not being reciprocated...of outcomes not conforming to my *plans*.
I've come to feel deep love and compassion for
4-year old "Gene"
11-year old "Gene"
24-year old "Gene"
45-year old "Gene"
63-year old "Gene"
ETC, etc
...that is, the multitudes of "me" who were always doing precisely the best they could
...each and every one.
I've witnessed a lot over the past 79 years...a vast array of major historical events, an assortment of doom & gloom predictions and a fair amount of "magical" thinking.
...but I have never, ever experienced what I sense is unfolding now: in each Now moment: a literal reboot, a fresh start...the personal/collective phoenix arising from our collective/personal ashes as the old paradigm collapses from the dead, rotting structures of a dysfunctional, polarized, and oh-so toxic PAST.
From what I now discern, we humans are in an immense BIRTHING PROCESS which likewise carries all of the necessary blood and pain as would be expected in such a dynamic.
The best guidelines I've registered for navigating this:
align with harmony where we can
follow the f l o w s that you find
keep life as simple as possible
cherish stillness
embrace your breath
...when starting to feel lost or overwhelmed
re-connect with your breath
and practice letting that be your guide
your healing catalyst.
Relish the fact that your breath
has no agendas
no stories
no belief systems
no polarities
no mythologies
...and let it infuse you as best you/it can.
Don't force anything
nor try to hold onto what is slipping away.
Let it all go
...all that is fading
and dissolving.
We are in cycles of
deep, profound death and rebirth.
Which is nature's way.
Life's way. What is there to argue about?
May we take each opportunity to practice letting go...as graciously as possible:
each attachment
each memory
each grievance
each fantasy
each blame
each mental/emotional concoction
each hanging-onto attempt for that which
objectively,
no longer even exists.
Naught but smoke rings
rapidly breaking apart.
"Letting Go" is liberation,
in my experience.
In my layman's perspective,
what the Quantum Field reflects to us
is that "Everything" and "Nothingness" are precisely
the same.
This feels true to me
...and I now let that go as well.
Quite a bit is bubbling up within me to share with you, and I look forward to that. Some will be 'free-wheeling' as this essay feels. Some will help educate you about the Tachyon Energy products...a carrier of harmony & coherence, which I thankfully encountered in 2001.
