A Message from Our President

Zooming Along into 2021
 
As we "Zoom" along into 2021, I hope this newsletter finds you all well!

WAA held it's first 2021 General Membership meeting with local artist/teacher, Miha Sirani as our guest speaker. Miha had a great presentation and there was a wonderful discussion with everyone that followed. Thank you to all of those who attended and we look forward to seeing more of you join us in the future. Our next General Membership meeting will be in April.
Stay tuned for date/details to come soon!

Next up, we have our 1st Art Walk for 2021 beginning March 5th. You can attend in person based on each venue's Covid guidelines or virtually. You can find the link to the virtual show on our website and more information below,
here in our newsletter. 

Finally, we have our Art Studio Tour scheduled for September 18th, assuming Covid guidelines will allow. We are keeping our fingers crossed!

WAA is doing it's very best to stay engaged with our membership, keep you all informed of upcoming opportunities and do our best to support everyone during these challenging times. Let us know if there is anything we can do for you, or if you have any ideas on how we can better serve
our members and the community.
Woodinville Arts Alliance Spring 2021 Art Walk

 

Spring 2021 Art Walk

Woodinville Arts Alliance is working with local artists to showcase their work in corporations, small local businesses, wineries, breweries and cider houses around Woodinville.

Join us for our Quarterly Art Walks & Extended Exhibits. Specially selected artists will be exhibiting with participating businesses around Woodinville: The Junction, Hollywood Hill, Woodin Creek Village and Hopheads in Woodinville. .

New artists we be rotating at all of the locations below beginning on Friday, March 5th. Be on the lookout for our in-person Art Walk event beginning June 4th (if local Covid-19 guidelines allow).

Enjoy your favorite beverage while supporting local businesses and artists. As we become accustomed to responsible social distancing, you can enjoy a beverage (where available) while viewing some fantastic pieces or viewing the virtual art walk online.

We welcome you to stop by participating locations for this event - social distancing requirements in place. Art will be on display March 5th and through June 4th! If you would rather participate virtually, please click here.

Spread the word and show your patronage to local businesses and artists by posting and tagging your favorite pictures with the hashtag #WoodinvilleArtWalk on Facebook and Instagram.

2021 WAA Art Studio Tour Dates Announced
WAA is proud to host the 2021 Art Studio Tour.  We have 6 Host Studios and a total of 13 artists currently for this show.  

Art Studio tour weekend is September 18th and 19th.  Hours will be 10am to 6pm both days.  Stay in the loop by checking our website and social media posts for current information.

We’re a non-profit volunteer group of artists and art lovers.  Join us! 

 

Volunteer:     We need volunteers.  Please help us at various events throughout the year.   Staff a booth at an art show, join a committee, participate in a fundraiser.
