Can you help with tree and hedge planting in Burgess Park?
We will be holding regular sessions over the next few months. Please take this short survey to register and about the sessions times.
FOBP and Southwark Nature Action will plan the volunteer sessions with Southwark Council.

Join the FOBP Tuesday 2 March  - updates from Parks on projects in and around Burgess Park: sports centre, urban games, planning applications, tree planting, the MOL site.  Meeting streamed to the Facebook Group.

The planning applications around the park remain a top priority. More details are on the website.

Southwark Council consultation
Old Kent Road Area Action Plan  
The updated version of plans for the OKR out for consultation to 5 April. More outdoor green space and new conservation areas included. The big issue is the Bakerloo Line extension.  
Heritage Planning Guidance 
The consultation on a Heritage SPD to 5th April 2021. It includes green spaces and trees and a local list of things important to communities.
