Greetings, and an early Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone.

I hope everyone is staying healthy recently.  For those of you eligible to receive a vaccine shot, I hope you were able to schedule yours without much trouble.  We registered with Cuyahoga County to be notified when the vaccine was available, but still have never heard anything from them.
If anyone else is still waiting for theirs, might we suggest Giant Eagle?  We had good luck using Giant Eagle to schedule our appointments.  We needed to drive to North Ridgeville’s Giant Eagle for our vaccine, but the drive was certainly worth it. We got our reservation and only had to wait a couple days for our appointment. And, that was the easiest shot I’ve ever gotten.

Do we have any contract writing pros in the development?  I’m working on putting together our contract for landscaping and snow plowing with #1 Landscaping.   We’ve already had the work bid, so the specifications are already determined.  But, I would appreciate it if someone could help with the boilerplate language of the contact.  If that’s something you feel confident doing, please let me know in the next week or so.  I’d like to have it completed by the end of the month as it goes into effect in April.

Also, do we any residents who have some experience or ideas as to how best to finance/pay for our potential siding project?  Recall that I suggested we get together probably in late springtime to continue this discussion that started last fall. One of the major components of the discussion will undoubtedly be how to finance and pay for this large capital outlay. 
I’ve already looked into a couple of ways to pay for it, for we could certainly use all the creativity possible to explore other options as well.  Do you or do you know someone who could help us with this facet of the project?  Please let me know if you do by the end of the month.
