Who cares for what you do?
The customers? Do you really think that your customers have anything to with the design systems, the standards, the CTA, or anything that we sweat over?
Put another way, many organizations don't even know that they don't even care for their sales!
—Have you heard of Fast—the one-click checkout service? I wrote THIS to them many moons ago. They never replied.
—You heard of Airmeet? I wrote THIS to its founder and leadership because they asked me for a quick feedback. They never replied.
—And THIS to Atlassian.
—And hundreds of such *snacks-for-thought* to teams in MailChimp, Medium, and many more mature and growing teams in the world. (A quick reference list)
My workshop in the Outcome 2021 brings out all this experience, to plan products around a systems-driven approach so that product really sell and scale beyond the first few customers. The registrations for the workshop are closed now, but I will share a few snippets from the workshop in the main conference, on 12 Feb.
PS: Did you notice the heading image in this email? Any clue of what [15] means? Write to me at vinishjg@gmail.com if you have one.

If we keep on doing how we have been doing, we will keep on dealing with the same set of problems, around the same workarounds, and for the same kind of results. Outcome 2021 can bring the right pause-for-a-second, and the progression in our work.
12 Feb. Register today.
