Free online groups for older people in Wales
Thanks to funding from the Welsh government, we're launching weekly health and fitness groups on Zoom, tailored specifically for older people. The sessions include gentle exercise and plenty of time to get to know one another.
Volunteers needed for face-to-face groups in Wales
As soon as it's safe to do so, we'll also be launching new face-to-face groups in Wales where older people can come together for a gentle activity such as boules or dancing. If you live in Wales and would like to volunteer, please do register your interest.
