First Things ~ February 10th

Dear Church Family,

Welcome to our Minister of Children and Families, Sarah Dunson! Sarah will begin her work on February 15th. Please be in prayer for her as she makes the transition from Lexington to Owensboro.

Due to Covid, we will have a drive by reception welcoming Sarah to First Baptist Church. We are asking that you bring gift cards to welcome her to Owensboro. The time is from 2-4PM in the back-parking lot. Thanks.

This Sunday February 14th we will be observing the Lord’s Supper. What a great time to remember the love Jesus gave to all who would receive Him.

FYI: I am asking you to pray for our church’s involvement in “The Gospel to Every Home!” We are going to be part of this Kentucky Baptist statewide movement to get the gospel to every home in our state. More information to come.

Thanks to our volunteers, maintenance staff and ministerial staff who are doing a wonderful job helping people find their place. They are also doing a fantastic job of having our building clean and sanitized for each service.
