During NBTS we wish to acknowledge travel industry professionals, both buyers and suppliers, who have managed to use this year to strengthen their relationships and restructure their work. We will award a Travel Manager who has managed to navigate “best in class” through the pandemic situation and raised the profile of travel management in exceptional circumstances and times of disruption.
