The Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metro area has made the list of the top 10 regional economies in the United States. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the region grew to nearly $383 billion in 2019, a 5.1% increase over 2018.

Business Assistance


The City of Bellevue partners with the Small Business Development Center and Business Impact NW to bring Bellevue businesses free one-on-one business advising including access to COVID related financial resources. Programs provide small business resiliency coaching and help entrepreneurs and small business owners start and grow their business.  If you need business consulting or help finding financial resources reach out to get one-on-one answers related to your company’s specific needs. Learn More

Through the King County REACH (Retention, Expansion, and Collaboration Hub) program, small businesses with under 100 employees have access to CPAs to assist with the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) and the Employee Retention Tax Credit for 2020 and 2021.

Artist Opportunity
The City of Bellevue is looking for artists to design artworks for utility and signal boxes. Artists must be registered on our Eastside Artist Roster. Selected artists will receive a stipend ranging from $750 to $4,000 to create artwork for Bellevue's first Arts District, BelRed. More information, including the full call, can be found on the city's website. Deadline March 3.
