Using our custom designed Workplace Questionnaire, your Gotcha Covered HR consultant will conduct an audit of your current HR program, develop an action plan, and work with you to meet and maintain your HR needs - all for an affordable monthly rate that helps you control your bottom line.

Our basic package of services is designed for smaller businesses or those who simply need minimal HR support.

Includes:

1-hour initial consultation with GCHR consultant and management/core leadership team.
HR Audit (up to 2 hours) to provide a compliance/risk assessment.
Design of HR Action Plan with structured time to complete each task (outlining needs for a basic HR program with steps needed to set it up).

Maintenance:

1-hour monthly meeting with consultant and leadership team to review assessment and action plan.
Up to 2 hours per month remote or on-site HR support.

Our Green Package is designed for businesses in growth mode (15-49 employees).

Includes:

1-hour initial consultation with GCHR consultant and management/core leadership team.
HR Audit (up to 2 hours) to provide a compliance/risk assessment.
Design of HR Action Plan with structured time to complete each task (outlining needs for a basic HR program with steps needed to set it up).
1-hour of compliance training for managers on basic HR.
1-hour of training for staff on workplace policies.

Maintenance:

1-hour monthly meeting with consultant and leadership team to review assessment and action plan.
Up to 4 hours per month remote or on-site HR support.

Our Gold Package is designed for larger businesses, or those that need HR outsourcing on an on-going basis and desire to attain a "Best Places to Work" status.

Includes:

1-hour initial consultation with GCHR consultant and management/core leadership team.
HR Audit (up to 2 hours) to provide a compliance/risk assessment.
Design of HR Action Plan with structured time to complete each task. The plan also includes elements needed to complete the Shield of Approval Program*.
1-hour customized interactive compliance training for managers on basic HR.
1-hour of customized interactive training for staff on workplace policies.

Maintenance:

2-hour monthly meeting with consultant and leadership team to review assessment and action plan.
Up to 10 hours per month remote or on-site HR support.
