A FRIENDLY REMINDER
Please keep in mind the following safety guidelines when visiting the building:
- Face mask/coverings are required to enter the building and must be worn in common areas of the building (lobby, sundry shop, etc.).
- Individual food deliveries should be accepted outside of the building to help limit unnecessary exposure.
- Minimizing the number of people congregating together in one area.

A CHOCOLATEY SURPRISE
Building Management had a hard time choosing just one valentine this year, so we've chosen to share our appreciation with all of our tenants.
Our Valentine's Day Hot Chocolate Event will be on Friday, February 12th starting at 7:30 a.m. in the 3rd Floor Lobby. Come shake off the cold weather and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and cookies. The hot chocolate will be prepared in cups with lids and cookies placed in individual packages. Social distancing and safety guidelines will be enforced to ensure this event is safe for everyone. We can't wait to see you there!

BLOOD DRIVE RESULTS
Last December we held the final American Red Cross Blood Drive of 2020. We donated 17 units, which is equivalent to saving over 51 lives! Our grand total for 2020 was 75 units of blood (approximately 225 lives saved). Absolutely amazing, everyone!
We greatly appreciate all the support during this global pandemic, and we hope your generosity continues for the upcoming 2021 drives.
Our next blood drive will be on Wednesday, March 3rd, with a goal of 25 donations. Let's gooooo!!!

DOWNTOWN STL EVENTS
SINGLE & HATE TO FLAMINGLE LUAU BRUNCH
Sunday, February 14th
For all the singles out there who are looking for a fun way to meet people this Valentine's Day, then check out this event. Ball Park Village is hosting a special luau themed brunch full of special bottomless drinks, DJ entertainment, limbo contests, giveaways, and much, much more. So grab your best beach wear and come party the day away. You might even meet your valentine there!
