Love Your Library—Vote Yes on Article 10
Whether you’re voting by mail or going to the polls this Town Voting Day, we at the Manchester Community Library urge you to vote yes on Article 10 to approve the MCL’s budget appropriation for 2021. This appropriation—level-funded, yet again—makes up roughly 25% of the Library’s annual budget, and only about 1% of a Manchester tax bill. As we continue to reimagine and expand our delivery of services, the Town’s support bolsters our commitment to our vision: to be a hub of the community through our role as a trusted resource; providing unique, essential, and innovative services; and by creating a welcoming, stimulating environment for learning and social connection.
