Good Evening Dear Customers

Tomorrow, Friday 12th February, we'll be selling four very limited whiskies. We will be putting them online in tiny quantities spread out over the course of the day, so as to reduce the load on our website and help to manage demand.

To try and make tomorrow as stress free and straightforward as possible for both us and you, here are our top tips for rare dram hunting.

DO

Make sure you have already set up an account on our website.
Make sure your password is up to date. If you need to reset it, do so now.
Make sure you know which delivery option you're going to use.

DON'T

Please don't phone or email us to reserve a bottle, as a) we're not taking reservations and b) your name will go on the list (see below).
Please don't come into the shop on the off chance - you won't get a bottle (and there's a pandemic)
Please don't sit on your browser repeatedly hitting refresh. After seven, eight, nine hours of that you'll need a new keyboard AND have RSI.
Please don't grumble at us on social media if you miss out. We're far too polite to grumble back, but, rather like S Claus Esq., we do keep a list.

REMEMBER!

Our E-commerce software doesn't reserve you a bottle just because it's in your basket.
If you receive an email saying your bottle is "On Backorder" it may be out of stock. Please wait for a further status update. Please remember that all bottles are sold subject to availability.
If you miss out this time round, remember that there are so many exciting things happening in Scotch right now, there's always another bottle just around the corner.
