Our Chinook Blast/KensingtonLOVE winter activations are off to a good start with fun balloon activations that got lots of media attention. Go to our website kensingtonyyc.com to see pictures and media. Starting this Friday evening the City of Calgary is collaborating with the BRZ/BIA to operate three fire pits with lighting and seating in front of the Plaza Theatre, Pages Bookstore and Trapped for four weekends. Fire pits will run 4-8 Friday nights and 11-4 Saturdays and Sundays in case businesses want to promote hot drinks and snacks to go for customers planning to sit by a fire for a while.
