Childcare has always been a rewarding yet challenging career.  But in 2020, our industry faced unprecedented difficulties, making it hard for our kids and even harder for those of us who provide their care.

The 2021 Annual Infant-Toddler Conference for Child Care Professionals, hosted by the NYC Child Care Resource & Referral Consortium, is a chance to rebalance the scales and enter 2021 on a positive, inspired note.

The day will include morning and afternoon workshop sessions targeted to early childhood professionals who work with children birth-three years and their families, exhibitors, door prizes and a closing plenary of mindfulness, reflection and self-care. Translation and Spanish language workshop sessions will be available.
