We’re heartbroken. 💔

Due to extreme winter weather and unprecedented circumstances, we’re unable to fulfill your purchase and execute Valentine’s experiences as planned this weekend. It is simply not safe to ask our staff or guests to brave the ice and snow.

Please know that we're incredibly disappointed, but hope that you’ll choose to celebrate with us next weekend instead. Full options are as follows:

(1) Reschedule your experience. We'll transfer your experience (with all the bells and whistles) to the corresponding day and time on Saturday 2/20 or Sunday 2/21.

(2) Convert your purchase to an eGift Card, redeemable towards takeout or in person dining (once that resumes later this year). The total value of your purchase will be converted, plus an additional $25, a small token of our gratitude.

(3) Refund your purchase to the original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
