“I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8: 38-39
Worship in the Sanctuary on March 14th
On Sunday, March 14th, we will once again return to the Sanctuary for worship.  If you are going to attend, please enter the sanctuary by one of the two green doors on Miner Street. Please enter on the side you intend to sit on, as the sanctuary will be divided down the middle. As you enter, please take advantage of the touchless hand sanitizers mounted to the walls on both sides of the narthex. You will be required to wear your mask when in the sanctuary. Free cloth masks will be available for your convenience as you enter.  An offering plate will be just inside the door on each side of the sanctuary.

Singles and couples should sit in the center pews, while couples and families should sit along the walls. Every other pew is roped off. Do not sit in a roped off pew. In the center pews that are not roped off, the spaces on both ends are marked "Please Keep This Seat Free." Singles and couples should sit in the middle of the pew, avoiding either end in order to comply with physical distancing guidelines. Please fill the seats at the front of the sanctuary first, leaving the seats at the back for last. Al Baron and Corrine Sternberg will be our welcoming deacons, one on each side of the sanctuary, to answer your questions, help you get seated, and meet other needs.

Invitation to Participate in a Study on Prayer and Pain
Dr. Samantha Meints of Brigham and Women’s Hospital is leading an examination of the role of prayer as a way of coping with chronic pain. People use many techniques to cope with chronic pain, including praying to God or a higher power. The research aims to better understand the role of prayer in coping with chronic pain and what kinds of prayer are most helpful. If you are interested in participating, you can go directly to the screening website.

NACCC (Virtual) Annual Meeting Registration is Open!
The NACCC Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Saturday, June 19th and Sunday, June 20th.  The meeting will include pre-recorded and live workshops, and all workshops will be recorded for viewing after the meeting.  There is no registration fee, but registration will be required.  Registration is open. There is only one vote per church, so please register as a non-voting attendee.  For more details, please see the registration brochure. You may also want to take a look at the workshops list or the tentative agenda.  This is an opportunity to connect with our national association without traveling across the country. Pastor Nancy, Kim Kennedy, and Paul Kennedy attended the Annual Meeting in 2019. Feel free to ask them what it's like.

Clothing Donation Shed Now Open
The clothing donation shed in the church parking lot, which was temporarily closed due to the pandemic, has now been reopened.   Accepted items: clothing, shoes, belts, purses, blankets, sheets, curtains, pillowcases, and stuffed animals.
