A year since we stepped into our pandemic here in Canada, during this year I've had extra time to geek out on everything body/mind/health/spirit/science related, and I thought I'd share two videos here of Dr. Helene Langevin of Harvard Medical School. She shares her findings into the connective tissue/fascia and acupuncture in this video which I find fascinating:
So are you convinced that yoga works in magical ways? I sure am, and it's reaffirming to have the scientific studies to support our ancient practice. And there's more!! Watch this video as she discusses "Stretching, Connective Tissue, Inflammation and Cancer"
Obviously there's still much we do not know nor understand. However, these findings support many non-invasive complementary methods that can be combined to get the best outcome for our well being. How exciting is that?!
