Climate-friendly Retail Refrigeration at Natural Refrigerant Virtual Trade Show 2.0 

RefNat4LIFE is going to host an interactive session at the upcoming Annual Natural Refrigerants Virtual Trade Show (ATMO VTS 2021). Speakers representing the Belgian organic food supermarket chain Bio-Planet, RefNat4LIFE project partners and the Refrigerants, Naturally! Association will discuss sustainable technology options for retailers. The online event will run for 24 hours from 10 am CET on 30 March to 10 am CET on 31 March.

Reaching out to German Retailers at Biofach eSpecial 

If you missed our webinar at the Biofach eSpecial, the presentation is available at the project website.
RefNat4LIFE joined the German Association of Organic Processors, Wholesalers, and retailers (BNN e.V.) in a virtual event during the official programme of this year’s Biofach eSpecial, the virtual edition of the world’s leading event for organic food. Speakers discussed natural refrigerant cooling technology for the organic retail sector (in German).

Dutch Organic Ekoplaza Store Converts to CO2 Installation 

Natural refrigerants were a strategic choice for Ekoplaza when they decided on a new cooling system. The system now provides all cooling, refrigeration, air conditioning and even heating of the 529m2 organic store in Amsterdam.
More and more food retailers convert their cooling and heating to sustainable technologies based on natural refrigerants. Read the Ekoplaza and other case studies about various end-users’ experience in this major step towards sustainable, climate-friendly operation of food retail stores.
