Gwen focuses on leadership growth. She has over 25 years of global and cross-industry experience in nearly 50 countries as both an external (Chevron, Deloitte, The Gap, IDEO, NASA, Ovintiv) and internal leadership coach and consultant (CIA, PwC, Stantec). With her background in leadership development & coaching, and organizational & digital transformation, not to mention espionage, Gwen supports leaders to improve themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
Gwen believes that continued development is necessary for leaders to evolve and meet increasingly complex post-Digital Age challenges. In her firm, she leverages research and strategies from complexity science, behavioral science, adult development, neuroscience, communications, design thinking and wellness. To share these lessons more broadly, Gwen is currently writing a book entitled, “Need to Know: How Espionage Mindsets Prepare Leaders for a post-Digital World,” highlighting real-life CIA scenarios that allowed leaders to develop the cognitive, behavioral and emotional thinking that technology cannot replace.
