Designed for caregivers, these all-levels classes will be taught by movement instructors Danya Rogen (yes, Seth's sister!) and Shana Alexander. Expect to challenge your balance, while strengthening, stretching, and mobilizing the muscles and joints of the body. Sessions will also include breathwork to energize and release stress and tension.
