Hi friends,

The March issue is here, and it's one that captures the true spirit of Capital at Play. It's an issue that exemplifies the ways in which entrepreneurship spans age and experience levels but is united by a common passionate tenacity. Our two featured capitalists, Emma Allen of Everyday Oil and Eric Scheffer of Vinnie's and Jettie Rae's, bring totally different backgrounds to business but have both found success through an ardent belief in their product.

If this sounds like a future you'd like to manifest, then check out our Guide to Buying & Selling Small Businesses. 📈 We shared the perspectives of local experts (and a few folks who have done it themselves) to help you understand the how-tos of buying or selling a biz.

And for the rest of us—and in celebration of a most-deserved spring—there's our Leisure & Libation, "Home Grown Roots," which shares the expertise of local homesteaders to help you start your own garden this month.  🥬

Till next week,

Emily Glaser, managing editor

PS. Y'all may remember we shared the Preservation Society's perspective on the new Charlotte Street development a couple weeks back. In the spirit of sharing all sides of the story, this week's newsletter exclusive considers the developer's perspectives on the potential benefits of 101 Charlotte Street.
