Virtual Annual General Meetings
On behalf of the Board of FWPL, I am pleased to invite you to attend.
Here are the important details:
- Date: Saturday, March 20th, 2021
- Zoom meeting starts: 2:00 p.m.
- Pre-registration instructions are below.
In order to attend, pre-registration is required and closes on Friday, March 19th, 2021. A meeting package (including the agendas) will be forwarded via email to all members by March 6, 2021.

Instructions for joining the
Virtual Annual General Meeting
When: Saturday, March 20, 2021 2:00 PM Central Time (US and Canada)
- Pre-Register: In advance of the meeting date, minimum of one day prior, please click here to securely pre-register for the AGM and receive the log in information.
- Confirmation Email: Once you complete step A, you will receive an email confirmation from Lora Meseman, the Facilitator, with secure login information. We highly recommend you add this information to your calendar. A reminder will also be sent closer to the meeting date.
- Install Zoom: Prior to joining the Zoom meeting, please make sure you have installed the Zoom desktop application. Zoom functions best with the application installed, but the meeting can also be accessed through your computer using your web browser.
- Accessing Zoom: For ideal results, ensure you have a webcam and microphone during the Zoom meeting, so you can fully participate throughout the session. If you are unable to access a webcam and/or a microphone, Zoom has a chat function, which will allow you to communicate through text only.
- Log in on Saturday, March 20. Click on the link in your email or calendar. You will be prompted to enter the passcode you received when you pre-registered. Important, the login information you receive is unique to you, do not share the information with others.
- Once in, you will be placed in a waiting room, and you will be let into the meeting room. Your microphone will be on mute, you may choose to have your camera on.
