Finance: Budget Submissions Due Tomorrow
Important Reminder from the FAC:
"Budgets will be due at 5pm CST on Friday, March 5th. They must be submitted through Presence; if you are unfamiliar with Presence budgeting please watch this Training Video and reach out if you are having difficulties accessing the finance features on Presence. I strongly encourage you to submit your budgets at least a few hours ahead of the deadline to give yourself time to troubleshoot any unforeseen difficulties that pop up in using this new platform. Budgets submitted after 5pm CST on the 5th will not be considered, with no exceptions."
NOTE: To be eligible to submit your budget you must have already met with an FAC liaison and reviewed your budget template form together. Two final chances to meet and review the budget template are coming up quick:

OSLE, DML, and Athletics student leaders to a brief program on how to support their peers through distress. Using the concept “V-A-R” you will learn a quick, everyday way to support your peers through challenges and learn how to show up for one another. The letters V-A-R correspond to three steps: Validate, Appreciate, Refer. We also aim to remind students of and demystify on-campus support services like Press 2.

As a reminder: you can check if you have admin access by trying to log in at Macalester.presence.io/admin.
Orgs granted admin access to leaders when they registered originally in Presence, but if you need to add or remove admin access for anyone at this time please just let Margaret know and they can help you!
