Litigating Fair Housing Cases

This course is designed for those who are involved in FHIP and FHAP litigation to understand and apply the methods and strategies for effective fair housing enforcement.

Eligibility Requirements

Current FHIP and FHAP staff who have at least 3 years of fair housing experience or comparable civil rights experience and are licensed attorneys or legal assistants

Fundamentals of Fair Housing - FHAP Investigation

March 22-25, 2021 | 1:00-4:00 ET

This course provides FHAP intake officers and investigators with a basic framework, which they can build upon to carry out their duties.

Eligibility Requirements

Current FHAP staff who have less than 3 years of experience working at a FHAP and support investigation activities

Basics of Fair Housing

May 3-6, 2021 | 1:00-4:00 ET

This course provides FHIP and FHAP participants with a foundational framework, which they can build upon to carry out their duties.

Eligibility Requirements

Current FHIP and FHAP staff who have 2 years or less of experience working at a FHIP or FHAP and are intake officers, investigators, supervisors, or attorneys
