Spin Classes starting March 1st!
-> Health and safety measures are still in place. Policies are required to be followed to help keep this environment
safe for everyone! Social distancing, masks,
screening questions, sanitizing etc.
->In addition to our current live virtual classes on zoom,
all in-studio classes will resume starting on March 1st.
->Weekly classes include; lunar yoga, vinyasa yoga, morning movement yoga, sunrise meditation, spin, pound & more.
->Weekly class schedule is up on our website,
registration for March classes is now open!!!
Plan ahead and claim your spot!
*Reminder* you only need to fill out the
waiver and par q once a year.
