Corporate VP of Quality Improvement and Safety, northeast. This position provides leadership and direction to System-wide quality and safety programs, focusing efforts on outcomes which improve the quality of care, patient/resident safety and satisfaction, and efficiency of patient care across the System. Works collaboratively with members of senior management and physician leaders at the corporate and local levels to design and implement operational strategies and tactics to improve the outcomes desired. Responsible for system-wide compliance with all clinical regulatory agencies, including CMS, DNV, state departments of public health and state nursing home regulators. Must have understanding and skills to consistently meet reporting requirements of NCQA, HEDIS, CMS, ACO and other regulators and accreditors. Role includes participating and supporting the Board Quality and Safety Committee as well as monitoring the ongoing Quality initiatives for the system and reports on such at Committee meetings. Position reports to the Corporate CMO. Directly oversees the System Directors of IMG Quality, Post-Acute Quality, and Infection Prevention, as well as the Quality Data and Midas Managers. CPHQ certification required, or eligible to obtain within one year. Need to have system, regional or multi-facility experience over Quality, Safety and Infection Control. Regional Vice President of Behavioral Health Services, FL (west coast or north FL) - Overseeing various facilities in FL- approximately 10 facilities . They really need someone who has multi-facility experience running numerous inpatient units at one time. This person needs multi-site and heavy operations experience.  Director of Patient Financial Services- south central, Texas; have an interim person so recruiting a perm person. The Patient Financial Services Director (PFSD) is responsible for enhancing and maintaining a properly functioning Patient Financial Services process through cross-departmental organizational structure.
