Bologna with Student Eyes is a reality-check of what has been agreed upon by national governments within the Bologna Process and what the actual situation is for students.
The data for this edition was collected by surveying the European Students’ Union’s national unions of students in the following areas: student participation in governance, the social dimension, quality assurance, recognition, mobility and internationalisation, structural reforms, student-centred learning and financing of higher education. The questionnaire also included general questions about the Bologna Process and its future.
In total, between 37 to 40 NUSes from 40 EHEA countries responded to the questionnaire, from Norway to Malta and Iceland to Armenia.
Following the special COVID-19 call for projects launched last autumn, 5 projects have been successfully selected! They all propose concrete solutions supporting young people with refugee and migrant backgrounds, particularly impacted by the crisis. Mental health, Digital Skills, disinformation and online English class are among the topics covered.
The project aims to carry out an initial student’s needs assessment on the European level. The survey aims to assess the current social, cultural and academic level of integration into the institution of beginner students at the end of their first semester, gauging the most pressing problems. The survey also deals with items relating to student’s self-efficacy, assessment of their own abilities, coping strategies and their self-management capabilities.
The survey is fully anonymous and should take about 15 minutes to complete. We will not be able to link your answers with your Email/IP adresses or other identifiers. All information is treated with strict confidentiality and is not passed on to third parties.
