Trevor is a Nuclear Engineer who works for Triad National Security. He was referred to the program by his friend, who is also a Big Brother, and Trevor thought it sounded like a neat experience that he wanted to be a part of. He was hoping to be matched with a fun, smart, outdoorsy kid, and boy did he get that!
 
Robert’s mom says she enrolled him in the program because he needed a positive male role model in his life. She felt he needed to be matched with a smart Big who would help Robert achieve his goal of one day becoming a biologist or engineer. Robert likes playing soccer, hiking, being outside, and playing video games.
 
Trevor and Robert are a perfect match thanks to their shared interests in science and the outdoors. They are excited and already have plans to play chess for their first outing. Robert also wants to teach Trevor how to snowboard soon!
