Aquamarine is the traditional birthstone for March. It's vibration is calming, reducing stress while quieting the mind. It is a stone of courage, soothing fears and clearing confusion. It is said to sharpen the intellect and open clairvoyance. In ancient lore, Aquamarine was believed to be the treasure of mermaids and was carried by sailors as a talisman against drowning. It was also believed to counteract the forces of darkness and gain favor from spirits of the light. In healing it is useful for thyroid problems, swollen glands and sore throats.

Lavender Sage Soap
This is a brand new soap. We have blended these two wonderful plants and swirled them together for their cleansing and relaxation benefits.
Lavender has the ability to calm and sooth. We use the blossoms and French Lavender essential oil which is well known for its relaxing, effects and can reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression. There is a wide range of hair and skin conditions that lavender is known to improve. It reduces inflammation and helps heals wounds. Its also antibacterial, anti-fungal and antimicrobial so it can heal and prevent acne, improve dry skin or eczema, relieve itching, reduce scarring, wrinkles and skin discoloration. It’s even known to prevent hair loss and may lighten the skin. We made an alkanet root infusion months in advance to contribute the lavender swirl color.
The sage leaves are grown on Madre Grande Monastery, powdered and then added to spirulina for color and it’s healing properties. Sage has a long history of use for cleansing and purification in spiritual rites. The essential oil is antiseptic antibacterial and also a powerful astringent that reduces secretions from the body making a great natural deodorant. Sage is also used for hormonal balancing, normalizing skin and on oily hair. Both the plants and their essential oils are used in this soap so it has an exfoliating effect and texture to it.
All of our soaps are free of sulfates, gentle on the environment and on you. Herbs used are wild crafted or organic. Let your soap dry out on a good soap dish between uses and it will last a long time. Our soaps are hand stirred and cured the old fashion way... time. These will have cured about a moon cycle before they are ready to use.
A new soap made with bay leaves from Maura’s garden and essential oils of bay laurel, bay rum, and lime. The scent combination is enticing and has a masculine appeal. The bay leaves are robustly aromatic and are rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants making it beneficial in skin care. It acts as a natural astringent and helps to relieve stressed skin which can bring on wrinkles and acne. Bay leaf oil is anti-bacterial as well as anti-septic helping to control acne and it's a tonic for hair. It is known to effectively combat dandruff and hair loss and reduce itching. It also naturally repeals insects and lice. It is used in healing for cuts, bruises and insect bites.
The bay leaf is a symbol of wisdom. In folklore and magick it is used to induce physic powers, bring prophetic dreams, protection, healing, purification and promote strength. Apollo, God of the sun, youth, beauty, archery, music, dance, truth, healing and prophecy wore a bay-laurel wreath that stemmed out of ancient Greek mythology. Further in Roman history bay laurel was woven into wreaths and worn as a crown of honor symbolizing victory and success.
Green Earth Natural Soap is gentle on your skin and the environment. It is a great complexion bar with green clay that absorbs oils away from the skin, and we make it with anti-bacterial essential oils that may treat and heal various skin conditions. In this batch, we have added hemp seed oil for added benefits.
