AyA COMMUNITY PROJECT: FRIENDS OF RUBY

The Friends of Ruby Home is a custom-built transitional house for LGBTQI2S youth in the greater Toronto area. The facility was brought to life with the support of the The Daniels Corporation and designed by Yabu Pushelberg. The welcoming transition home supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and two-spirit youth (aged 16-29) through counselling, housing, practical assistance and multiple activities. AyA Kitchens provided the communal kitchen and pantry cabinetry in support of this wonderful project.
