ACCREDITATION WEEK!!!
FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN GSA'S HISTORY...
The accreditation body highly recommended GSA for accreditation
without any standard violations or mandated recommendations!!!
The accreditation committee was so amazed with our school, staff, students,
parents, school board and community members.
They compared us to previous years and we were told the school has taken a giant step forward at this year's accreditation.
Jazakum Allah Khair!!!

For the first time ever in GSA history...
Ma She Allah 8 STUDENTS WERE AWARDED AT THE PALM BEACH COUNTY SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING FAIR!
Yara Ismail, Aiman Raza, Ayah Shatara, Nusrat Redeta, Youssef Hanafi,
Nyemool Hakim, Khalid Ibrahim and Yasmeen Aboumahadi.

Alhamdulilah GSA students made the list! We are going to state finals
and the 2021 Broadcom Masters Fair!
Congratulations to Aiman Raza and Yara Ismail for being nominated to compete
in the 2021 Broadcom Masters Science Fair!
In order to participate in the 2021 Broadcom Masters competition the nominees are chosen among the top 10% of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade competitors at a Society-affiliated science and engineering fair in the United States.
Yara Ismail is also moving on the the State Finals!!!!

Re-enrollment for existing students for the 2021-2022 school year is open!! On March 6th enrollment will be open to new students. Reserve your child's seat today before space runs out, seats are limited due to COVID-19.

Myself, along with the Administrative Staff at GSA, would like to thank every student, parent, and teacher for their support in making sure all COVID-19 safety measures are being followed. Your continued cooperation is vital if GSA is to remain open for in person classes.

As always, stay safe and keep in mind the following:

Completion of the Weekly COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire is mandatory and will be followed up with a daily COVID-19 screening upon arrival onto GSA's campus.
If you or your child(ren) have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 or are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms AND you or your child has been on GSA's campus after being exposed, PLEASE notify the school nurse at sheila@assahaba.org or any one of our administrators so that appropriate action can be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of the entire GSA community and their family members.

The PTO would like to thank everyone who donated books and other items. The event was a huge success and the students had a great time!!!

Despite the many restrictions brought on by COVID-19, the members of the PTO will continue working hard to put together more FUN and SAFE events for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year.
