March 2021 Newsletter
Dear Florham Park Familieis,

As many of you may have heard Stephanie Ruzicka, our beloved RMS/Briarwood crossing guard for the last 7 years, will be leaving on her last day on Friday, March 5th.  To say thank you for her many years of service of ensuring the safety of our children and a smile to start their day, we wanted to give her a well-deserved send-off.  There will be some special surprises throughout the week for her.   We hope that you will join us in thanking her for her dedicated years of service to our children and our community.   We truly wish her well in all of her new endeavors.

We invite everyone to a Thank you/Good Luck Car Parade at RMS at 1:30 pm on Friday, March 5th.  Feel free to make signs and/or decorate your cars.  Please email  Val Huang if you would like to join the parade to fpptapresident@yahoo.com by Thursday, March 4th

Also, students can draw thank you pictures or make videos that we will compile and give to Stephanie. Please send pictures and videos to fpptapresident@yahoo.com by Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
The curriculum newsletter this week highlights the Florham Park School District's Read Across America Celebration and some fun classroom competitions and a video from our Teachers College partners on how to foster a love of reading with your children! The district would like to thank the Florham Park PTA and Education Foundation for their partnership and generous donation!  We know that education is a partnership.   Our teachers could not have all of the success without the support of parents, caregivers like yourselves, and our local community.   Thank you for all that you do!

Warmly,
Christy O'Connor & Brian Silkensen
