Please note these releases are designed to target long-lead and in-state travel publications. As the travel climate continues to change, we will distribute these releases/pitches only if appropriate. We have adjusted our editorial calendar to focus on subject matter that is relevant to the current climate.
What’s New/News for Summer 2021: Highlighting new events, restaurants, attractions, lodging offerings and more for summer and fall 2021. Please send a 150–200-word description of the new item to Caitlin Johnson, and include a link to more information. Examples below. PLEASE DO NOT SEND FULL NEWS RELEASES.
Sustainable and Responsible Travel: In advance of Earth Day in April, this release will highlight low emissions and emissions-free travel ideas; locally produced food and locally sourced product offerings; stargazing and Dark Sky experiences; voluntourism opportunities and other innovative sustainability practices. Please send details to Carly Holbrook by the end of day March 12.
Family and Multigenerational Summer Offerings: This will highlight a variety of travel experiences for families to reconnect in memorable and meaningful ways after spending time apart. Please send details to Caitlin Johnson by the end of day March 19.
