The European Commission has launched a Public Consultation concerning the revision of the Union Guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T Regulation). The revision is necessary in order to adequately adapt the TEN-T Regulation to the environmental goals defined by the European Green Deal and its supporting legislation.
The core objective of the TEN-T Regulation is to support the functioning of the internal market and to foster territorial, economic and social cohesion by reducing regional disparities. It combines and integrates transport infrastructure development and relevant transport policy aspects enabling efficient, inclusive and sustainable transport solutions.
We would kindly like to invite our members to participate in the public consultation launched by the European Commission via this link.
Participation is possible until 5 May 2021.
