Study retention update
VDORA1 enrollment ended the week of February 22. Clinical sites have worked very hard enrolling participants into the study and exceeded initial enrollment target. Now retention is the name of the game. Sites have been instructed to contact us at AskVDORA@uams.edu if they encounter any research restrictions that limit their ability to bring VDORA1 participants in for their study visits and pharmacokinetic measurements.

Post-intervention Phase
This week is the last week of post-intervention for the iAmHealthy study. Sites and participants are working hard to complete all of the post-intervention activities, which include at-home height/weight measurements, in-clinic height and weight measurements (DE & SC participants only), 24-hour food recall, physical activity monitoring, blinding assessment, post-trial questionnaire, technology feasibility questionnaire (only completed by iAmHealthy intervention participants), and safety calls.
As the graph below shows, a little more than a quarter of participants (27%) have completed all post-intervention activities, 89% have completed at-home height and weight measurements (required for all participants), 76% have completed in-clinic measurements, 90% have completed the 24-hour food recall (collected for 3 days), 68% of activity monitors have been returned, 61% have completed the post-trial questionnaire, and 74% have completed the technology assessment.
All post-intervention measurements and assessments, except for activity monitors, must be completed and entered into REDCap by Sunday, March 7. Activity monitor data is due April 4. Participants can re-wear an activity monitor if the monitor is shipped to the participant by March 5. For all questions regarding iAmHealthy, contact DeAnn Hubberd at DEHubberd@uams.edu
