Third Sector Company and our Interim Executives Academy have joined forces with the Alliance for Nonprofit Management to promote and offer bi-monthly Interim Executive Peer Coaching Sessions featuring outstanding practitioners from the Alliance's Executive Transitions and Leadership Continuity Community of Practice.

Each session will facilitate discussions based on actual current and recent experiences of the participants creating a unique learning laboratory for peers to help one another with particular situations as well as create case study learning opportunities for all practicing and aspiring interim leaders.

Jackie Lendsey, M.Ed.
Interim Executive


Jacquelyn L. Lendsey has more than 25 years’ experience leading national and local nonprofit organizations. Since 2012, she has served as an interim executive professional, skilled at guiding national, local, membership and affiliate based nonprofit organizations through transition in a limited time frame. She holds a B.S. from Adelphi University and an M.Ed. from Howard University.

Janice Frey-Angel, MSW
Co-Founder, Greater Washington DC Interim Executive Network


Janice Frey-Angel has served as an Interim CEO in 6 organizations in need of in-depth turn-around work before hiring their permanent leader. She is a co-founder of the Greater Washington DC Interim Executive Network and serves on their Steering Committee.
The Alliance for Nonprofit Management increases the effectiveness of individuals, groups and organizations that help nonprofits and communities achieve positive social change. They create spaces for professional dialogue and learning by amplifying research in the field and promoting its implications for effective practice.
