Technical Committee - Seal Program Meeting
March 19th, 9-11am PST

We aim to create a seal program that inspires consumer confidence, creates transparency and clearly communicates the value of kombucha at a glance. Our first step in this process is to understand what is driving consumer decisions in the grocery aisle. We invite you to bring your consumer insights and marketing questions to shape a survey instrument to achieve this goal. The Consumer Insights Report will be available to all KBI Members once completed.

Technical Committee - Kombucha Kup Meeting
April 2nd, 1-3pm PST

Building on the Flavor Map (new member benefit) created by Draught Labs, we will outline the criteria for how to judge an excellent quality kombucha. We invite anyone who has a sensory or QC background to join us in developing our ballot.
