SPRING BREAK FITNESS CHALLENGE
Want to get lighter, tighter and more confident? Participants will receive a fitness tracker and then attend three Zeeland Rec fitness classes a week for the next four weeks (class costs covered in fee). Those who complete the challenge will have a chance to win either a 3, 6, 12 months of FREE fitness classes!

SMALL GROUP CIRCUIT TRAINING
This 8-class circuit-style training program focuses on individual progression from week to week designed to get results! Through a variety of exercise, you will increase upper and lower body strength along with improving your core strength, flexibility and balance. Group sizes are a max of 6. No drop ins. Pre registration is necessary.

COUCH TO 5k (ZEELAND ZOOM)
Running is simple, inexpensive, improves your overall health, and is a great way to lose weight! During this 9-week training program, you will train 3x per week: twice on your own and one time as a group. Each group training session will be led by Julie Lamer, a certified group fitness trainer with over 27 years of running experience. Julie will provide you with proper warm up and cool down techniques, as well as valuable information on correct form (which is especially important in the early stages of running). The training program concludes with the group running together in the Zeeland Zoom 5K on June 22! The fee includes all training sessions, the race registration fee and the race t-shirt.
