The 1833 Just Transition Fund was founded by Oberlin alumni to support Oberlin College workers whose jobs were eliminated and outsourced by the College, in complete opposition to Oberlin's historical dedication to promoting social justice. We are committed to building solidarity between students and workers and challenging Oberlin’s turn toward austerity and corporate values.
