CF Staff,

Please be reminded that in the event you need to quarantine due to  COVID-19 exposure or receive a positive test result for the virus, you must complete the Contact Tracing Form (COVID-19) as soon as possible and follow the steps outlined in the COVID-19 Workplace Exposure or Positive Test Results guide.

Also, be aware that you may be eligible for paid sick leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) as the benefit has been extended through March 31, 2021
  • Part-time staff: Under the FFCRA, you are able to get paid for your average hours worked due to COVID-19 (up to 80 hours).
  • Full-time staff: If you have not taken ay FFCRA leave in 2020 you are still eligible for paid sick leave under FFCRA due to COVID-19 (up to 80 hours).
Eligible staff requesting paid sick leave under this Act must complete and submit the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Request Form as soon as possible before the leave commences. Learn more on how much paid leave can employees take under the FFCRA.
