Our New Portal is here!

We know, we know. The portal registration procedures are not the dream we hoped it would be. But thank you to the 1300 patients/families who were able to register and are now using the portal for messaging our office, getting lab results, printing immunization records and requesting refills! If you were not able to sign up for the portal, didn't receive PINs or your PINs have expired (one PIN per child), please call our office at 520-722-2585. If you are having trouble with registration or accessing your child's chart once you've registered, please see our troubleshooting tips:

Please note that once you are registered with your PIN, we at TVP need to activate your account. This may take 24-72 hours to complete. If there is something that you need urgently, please call our office. The portal will not work instantaneously. Do not send messages the second you register. There will be a delay. Thanks for your patience with this process!

Repeat Instructions for Registration:

When you get an email or text with a PIN number for each child in your family, you will set up a new account for the portal. EACH CHILD WILL GET A SEPARATE PIN. Use the welcome link to the first email just ONCE and when you are logged in, you can add each child with their unique PIN. 

  • Watch the 7 minute video above to get better acquainted with how to sign up. 
  • Fill in YOUR (parent) information on page 1. Once you are identified, you can add each child's information. 
  • There's so much you can do with this portal that we BARELY feel bad for asking you to sign up!
  • All registered patients of Tanque Verde Pediatrics will be required to have a portal account within the next 2 months, so please do this when you get your PIN. 
  • Call our office in 2-3 weeks if you do NOT get a PIN or if you are unsure what to do next. 
  • Note: The new portal product will ask you to pick a "male" or "female" gender for your child. Please choose their biologic gender. We apologize to parents of non-binary or transgender children. We are working with the company to make this right.
