Suction Cups Freeman's new Baysek style suction cups are made from high-quality blue silicone for best performance on press. Freeman's blue silicone cups remain pliable in cold environments and do not leave discoloration on the final product.
Bases Deep inventories of standard and 90° barbed bases for A & B Cups and larger flanged bases for C & D Cups.
Tubing & Plugs The LLDPE tubing is a blended form of LDPE where the film has much more flexibility, tensile strength, and conformability. It is more pliable and softer than LDPE. This high-quality tubing with tight tolerances is available in black or blue in 984 ft. rolls. The green plugs seal the unused outlets in the bases. Sold separately.
Connectors The 6mm Double Female Connector eliminates the “wild” ends of tubing from protruding beyond the edge of the cutting die. It allows for quick, leak-free manifold connections. Improve the quality of die storage and extend the life of your dies with these problem-solving Double Connectors.
ReBound SuperJect has over 50% more resilience than competitive microcell ejection materials and exhibits 23.1% less compression fatigue after 100,000 impressions. Available in a variety of colors.
ReBound No-Crush is a super-soft ejection rubber with very high tear strength that was designed to eliminate unwanted crush marks on corrugated board. It applies a soft touch on corrugated cartons. Available in Tan and Blue.
ReBound DuraJect works well as a slot rubber on flat dies and an extra firm ejector for tough flat applications like gasket dies. It is also available with Armor Coat, a tough elastomer top for even longer life on press.
Pace Punches are precision surface ground for height tolerance. The knife edge closely resembles and wears similar to Bohler rule. This results in quicker make-ready and long life on press.
Legards such as the Mini U-Legard bolster the knife to prevent bending or complete roll-over of the lead edge knife on Baysek and other roller press dies.
