UCI Sustainability Winter 2021 Week 9 Digest

Hi there, fellow Anteaters!

My name is Sabrine Shuss and I'm a 4th year Business Administration Major. As a part of the Campus as a Living Lab Program, I am interning with UCI Housing and taking part in the UC Global Food Initiative (GFI).

A few years ago, GFI interns released the first ever College Sustainability Cookbook at UCI. Please have a look and enjoy the delicious recipes and practical, sustainable advice for your kitchen found in Volume 1.

Now we're asking who have interest in the intersections of food, cooking, and sustainability to help us by taking a brief survey.

This survey will help us learn more about how we can best give the College Sustainability Cookbook: Volume 1 a timely update, and what we can do to benefit students most as we create Volume 2 and a corresponding, interactive UCI sustainability cookbook webpage.

Reminder to stay happy and healthy,

Sabrina Shuss
