Time to Take Action!

HB131 amends existing law to allow for wider sidewalks or side paths if necessary. It will be heard in House Transportation Committee TODAY, Wednesday February 24. This bill allows side paths and sidewalks to be wider than 8 feet outside city limits.

We encourage you to contact your Representative, especially if they are a member of this committee and tell them you support this bill and to vote YES on HB131.
