Grip strength is not only predictive of wellness in older adults, it's a really handy (get it?) attribute. And StrongFasters don't have to do anything special to get it!
It's with great reluctance that I inform you this is the last issue of the StrongFast Planet newsletter. I've never promoted it so the mailing list hasn't grown. But even the small readership has been dwindling with fewer and fewer email opens. Since the time it takes me to prepare it hasn't decreased (despite appearances, it takes way longer than you'd think), I'm letting it go to free up valuable time for more naps.
I'll still be writing on the StrongFast Planet blog . On that page, at the bottom of the right sidebar you'll now find a box to subscribe to new posts to the blog. If you enjoy The StrongFast Planet, please do that so you can be notified of new posts.
I'll be finishing up the series on Home Equipment over the next year or so (there's a lot of equipment!) and adding various musings along the way. But now I won't have to stick to a monthly schedule. I'm free!
Thanks to all (both?) of the loyal StrongFast Planet newsletter readers. It's been a long ride...I'm not even sure how long. The oldest issue I have handy is from 2013 and that one was switching to the "new" format!
Stay safe. Stay healthy. Stay strong for life. It's not just a slogan.
Be seeing you.
