This Full Moon in Virgo is special. Virgo is depicted as an angel with wings, holding an ear of wheat. Most of the goddesses who were linked to Virgo were considered fertility goddesses.
🌕 The Full Moon is the second of the goddess’ three aspects. In her mother aspect, the goddess represents birth and nurturing: Actualized potential. The seed that was planted in the maiden phase of energy has come to fruition.
Let's practice the Mother’s invocation:

Mother's Invocation 🕯️
What you’ll need:
- Green candle
- An incense stick (e.g. sandalwood, myrhh, musk or sage)
- Compass
1. Use the compass to find the southwest. Face that direction.
2. Light the candle and set it on a table before you.
3. Light the incense.
4. Place your hands near your heart and say:
"By Demeter and Dana,
By Aradia and Astarte,
By Cerridwen and Ceres,
And the countless names of power,
By the full moon and branched horn,
Come ye Mother Goddess,
Thy Holy Rites reborn!"
When you are finished with this invocational prayer, sit where you are, close your eyes, and sense the Mother Goddess’ presence.
